Terms of Service

Last updated 18 September 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and Altic LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (United States), for the use of Book My Website at https://bookmywebsite.app. By using the service you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be impressive — if a clause seems unfair, write to support@alticllc.com.

1. What the service does

Book My Website lets you assemble a website from ready-made sections, edit its text and images, and publish it to your own domain and your own hosting account. We provide the builder. You provide the content, and the site that comes out is yours.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account and are responsible for what happens under it. Keep it secure, and tell us promptly at the support address if you think someone else has access. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and if you are using the service for a company you must be authorised to accept these terms for it.

3. Your content stays yours

You keep all rights to the text, images and other material you put into the builder, and to the website you produce. We claim no ownership of it.

You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, display it back to you in the editor, and copy it to the hosting account you select when you publish. That permission ends when you delete the content or your account.

4. What you agree not to do

You agree not to use the service to:

  • publish anything unlawful, or anything you do not have the rights to use — including images and text belonging to someone else
  • impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who is behind a website
  • publish malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive visitors
  • attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users’ accounts
  • resell access to the builder itself as though it were your own product

Building and selling websites for your own clients is expressly allowed. Reselling the builder is not.

5. Templates and the sections library

The templates and section layouts are provided for you to use in the websites you build, including websites you build for paying clients. You may not extract the library and redistribute it as a competing template or component product.

Placeholder images shipped with a template are there to show the layout. Replace them with your own before you publish; they are not licensed stock photography.

6. Publishing and your hosting account

When you publish, your site is uploaded to a Firebase project that you own and have selected. That means the live site, its domain and its hosting bill are under your control and stay with you if you stop using the builder.

It also means we depend on permissions you grant and on Google’s services being available. You are responsible for your own hosting costs and for complying with Google’s terms for the account you connect. You can revoke our access at any time, which stops future publishing without taking down what is already live.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the builder available and working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, add or remove features, and we will avoid removing anything you depend on without notice. Scheduled work that will interrupt the service is announced to signed-in users where we can.

Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The builder can export any project to a file, and we recommend doing that before large changes.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the service and delete your account whenever you like, by writing to support@alticllc.com. Websites you have already published stay online in your own hosting account.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that puts the service or other users at risk. Except where the breach is serious or unlawful, we will tell you what is wrong and give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.

9. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data beyond what you could have retained by exporting your projects.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Altic LLC in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes to these terms

We will update this page if the terms change, and change the date at the top. For changes that materially affect your rights we will notify signed-in users by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
